Ans: All of our products are 100% original & authentic. Most of the products are imported from overseas by Faiyaz Shop itself (No third party is involved). Faiyaz Shop purchases brands like Pax Moly, ShwePyiNann, Baby Bright and others directly from the manufactures: thus the authenticity is ensured.
And, few products which are collected from third party/importers are verified by our expert team. So, in this case also there is no chance of getting any duplicated products.

2) Does Faiyaz Shop only sale imported foreign brands?

Ans: YES. Currently, Faiyaz Shop only sales foreign brands imported from overseas.


3) From where do you source your products?

Ans: Faiyaz Shop mostly sources products from Korea, Thailand, Myanmar directly without any third party involved in the purchase procedures.

Only the Philippines & China products are collected from importers.


4) what exactly happens after ordering?

Ans: There are basically three steps after you place any order in our website:

a) Order Confirmation: Soon after placing order, you will receive an order confirmation SMS with order value to your registered phone number.

b) Delivery Notification: You will receive a notification SMS on the day of delivery.

c) Delivery Completion: Once the delivery is made successfully, you will receive successful delivery status by SMS.


5) What are the available payment methods?

Ans: Faiyaz Shop basically has two secured payment options through which customers can make their payments. These are –

a) Mobile Banking (Bkash, Rocket).

b) Cash on Delivery.


6) What if i am out of home in the event of delivery of my parcel?

Ans: In case a customer is unreachable the order is being held at delivery agent’s hub. A order can be held at hub for 3 days maximum. If a customer can not receive the order within these time period, order is returned to us after 3 days.
